    As a member of Ad-Tech's executive leadership team, Kelsey's scope of responsibilities is wide and deep. From client retention to clinical applications to marketing trends and long-term business strategy, Kelsey's commitment to healthcare providers and their patients is evident in everything she does. Her product knowledge and market insights help shape the company's training and management functions. And her broad range of experience impacts every Ad-Tech market initiative. A skillful communicator and manager with experience in multifaceted internal and external management, Kelsey's roles at Ad-Tech have included administration, customer support and sales. Kelsey holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource and Workforce Development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

    Taka Shimada

    Vice President of International Distribution

    Taka joined the Ad-Tech team in July 2025 following its acquisition by Nihon Kohden, where he has held various international roles since 1998.
     
    Throughout his career at Nihon Kohden, he has been dedicated to international business, with extensive experience including assignments in Germany, China, and the United Arab Emirates.  

    Earlier in his career, he also participated in a Japanese government program, serving for two years as a volunteer in Djibouti, which further shaped his global perspective.

    Leveraging his global experience, he is committed to accelerating Ad-Tech's global growth and contributing to the advancement of epilepsy care through close collaboration with partners and clinicians worldwide.

    Devon Moloney

    Vice President of Operations

    Driven by a personal drive to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers, Devon Moloney helps ensure that Ad-Tech systems and processes possess the reliability and resilience Ad-Tech’s customers expect and their patients depend on. A Texas native, Devon has spent his adult life in Wisconsin. He joined Ad-Tech in 2015. Originally serving as an entry-level Quality Engineer, his exceptional performance led to being promoted to Director of Engineering. Later, his desire to make an impact on Ad-Tech’s day-to-day operations earned him the role Director of Operations. Devon earned his BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

    Frederick Guesneau

    Director of Regulatory Affairs

    Frederick oversees Regulatory Affairs, ensuring Ad-Tech products and quality management systems exceed the expectations of its customers and medical device regulations. Frederick has over 30 years of technical experience leading Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs functions in military, domestic, and medical product segments. Before joining Ad-Tech, Frederick led American Orthodontics Corporation Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions, including successful FDA, MDSAP, and EU MDR certifications. Frederick secured a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Laval in Quebec, Canada.

    Heading up Ad-Tech’s industry-leading Clinical Support and Sales team, Taylor brings 10-years of healthcare industry experience covering a wide breadth of responsibilities including account management, business development and leadership. Taylor graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2010 and is an avid lover of the outdoors and area professional sports teams. His passion for serving the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients comes through in everything he does, helping make sure that Ad-Tech’s client relationships remain strong.

    Tony Porn

    Director of Quality

    Leading Ad-Tech’s engineering and quality teams, Tony directs Ad-Tech specialists whose sole focus is developing the industry’s finest electrodes. Tony first joined Ad-Tech in 2013 as a Biomedical engineer, earning a promotion to Manager in his first year. He later joined Vesta Lubrizol, a medical device contract manufacturer, as a Quality Engineer focused on CAPA, risk assessment and quality risks. He returned to Ad-Tech in 2021 as Quality Engineering Manager, later accepting the role of Director. Tony holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

    Garrick Zinsli

    Director of Engineering

    Garrick directs Ad-Tech’s engineering team, a group dedicated to continuous improvement of the patient and user experience through thoughtful development of existing and new devices. Garrick first joined Ad-Tech in 2013 as a Biomedical Engineer with focus on process validation and risk management. Throughout his time as a leader among the engineering department, his responsibilities expanded to include design controls as well as quality and regulatory technical support. His dedication and expertise has led to promotions to Senior Engineer, Engineering Manager, and the role of Director of Engineering. Garrick earned his BS in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

    Rachel Hinkelman

    Senior Clinical Sales Specialist

    As part of Ad-Tech’s industry-leading Clinical Sales Support team, Rachel contributes to improved patient outcomes by partnering with surgeons and other care givers to deliver Ad-Tech devices and operating room support. Rachel joined Ad-Tech in 2015 after serving in award-winning sales leadership roles for a variety of medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Pharmacology degree from the University of Alberta where she collaborated with the School of Dentistry to publish and later present research to the American Dental Association. An active volunteer and patient advocate, Rachel serves on the board of KJF, a nonprofit raising funds for epilepsy research.

    Noah Gabriel is an Imaging Technologist with 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In 2011, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science degree. Alongside his professional endeavors, Noah finds immense joy in spending quality time with his wife, his daughter and their dog Jordan. When he's not working, Noah has a passion for sports, particularly basketball, golf, and football. Specializing in X-Ray and CT scanning, he has worked in various healthcare settings, adapting to diverse environments and gaining valuable insights. Providing excellent customer service is one of Noah's strengths, as he firmly believes in the importance of compassionate care for patients. He is grateful for the opportunities and challenges that have shaped him both personally and professionally. Moving forward, Noah remains enthusiastic about making a positive impact to a great company in Ad-Tech.

    With a foundation in public health, Megan brings a patient-centered perspective to her work, providing hands-on product guidance and collaborative clinical expertise. She prioritizes building strong, trusted relationships with the teams she supports and is committed to advancing meaningful outcomes in the management and treatment of epilepsy.

    Julia Beck

    Clinical Sales Specialist

    Julia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences, along with a minor in Spanish, from Marquette University. During her time at Marquette, she was a member and captain of Marquette's Track and Field team, where she holds the school record in the 100-meter hurdles and earned All-Big East honors. Beyond athletics, Julia also held a leadership role on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, where she helped coordinate community engagement initiatives in the Marquette and Milwaukee areas. Her passion for service grew through organizing and participating in events like beach cleanups, wellness weeks, and other volunteer opportunities. In her free time, Julia enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good book. She is excited to start her career as a Clinical Support Specialist with Ad-Tech and looks forward to making a meaningful impact on epilepsy management and treatment.
